Elizabeth A. Gamble, Psy.D.

Clinical Neuropsychologist

     Dr. Gamble has been a clinical neuropsychologist for over 30 years, working both at a major medical center and in private practice. She evaluates and treats adult patients with mental illness and neurological impairment, preferring cognitive-behavioral and hypnotherapeutic techniques during individual psychotherapy sessions. From her three decades of assisting those with significant mental and physical suffering, she has learned that the capacity for resilience lies within each of us, sometimes needing a spark, and sometimes a candle, to light the fire within. She is honored to accompany fellow travelers on their journeys of becoming the best and grandest versions of themselves they can envision.

Katrina Moss, Psy.D., MFT

Clinical Neuropsychologist

     Dr. Moss has practiced as a psychologist for 8 years, working with individuals in a variety of settings to include a neurological practice, oncology practice, prisons, community mental health as well as inpatient psychiatric clinics and hospital settings. She provides neuropsychological assessment and treatment recommendations to assist patients in maximizing their independence and receiving the full breadth of services available to improve their outcomes. She is experienced in the assessment of a wide variety of concerns including dementia, traumatic and nontraumatic brain injury, surgical clearances, and mental health disorders. Dr. Moss provides services to individuals 18 years and older.

Carolie Atherton, LCSW

Therapist

Carolie has provided psychotherapy services for over 30 years. She works with clients across a broad range of ages, issues, and diagnoses. She utilizes a variety of interventions to include psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. She provides a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental  environment, where healing and positive changes can actualize.

Elizabeth Monge, LPA, LCMHC

Licensed Psychological Associate

Elizabeth has over 7 years of experience completing assessments and treatments for children, adolescents, and adults. She is a skilled diagnostician with specialized training in working with safety sensitive individuals (i.e. law enforcement and military personnel), neurodevelopmental disorders (Autism Spectrum Disorder,                              Intellectual Disability, ADHD, and Learning disorders), and                 general psychological assessment. She has experience with                 individuals on and through their bariatric surgical journeys to include presurgical assessment. She has further training and expertise in cognitive processing, trauma focused assessment and treatment, harm reduction, dialectical behavioral therapy, and interpersonal therapy. She provides services to individuals ages 6 years and older.

Jenny L Finlan, M.A.,LCMHC

Therapist

Jenny has over 7 years experience with diverse populations in college counselling, outpatient clinical mental health, and private practice. She serves a diverse clientele for individual and couples therapy.              Her emphasis is on a broad spectrum of diagnoses, including               eating disorders, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, and marriage. She utilizes a variety of interventions, including psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, and WET.

Madeline Wilson, LCSW

Therapist

Madeline has experience providing compassionate solution-focused care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She works with clients across a broad range of issues and diagnoses, particularly serving those 13 and up. She utilizes a variety of interventions to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems Theories, and Rogerian psychology. Her goals surround walking with people through their life journey and providing a safe space to learn about one's self with curiosity rather than judgement. In doing so, identification of directions and next steps can naturally sprout from a space of confidence. She is honored to be present in the journey of others and has experience in depression, anxiety, grief, identity loss, and trauma.

W. Tamikka Gilmore, LCSW

Therapist

Tamikka is a LCSW who graduated in 2011 with a Masters degree in Social Work from UNC-Pembroke. She was awarded the Sim White Award for outstanding leadership and service which was the catalyst to pursue and successfully defend a doctoral degree in Higher Education Executive Leadership from Wingate University in 2017.

Tamikka has extensive experience in numerous enhanced mental health services as well as being an outpatient telehealth provider. Her professional background includes working with the military, children and adolescents, and adults of all ages. Tamikka specializes in treating

anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, stress, and life transitions to name a few. Along with her clinical experience, Tamikka serves as a copy editor of an academic journal.

In her spare time, Tamikka enjoys community service, reading, binge watching 90 sitcoms, HITT, and going on excursions with her active 3 year old daughter.
