Dr. Gamble has been a clinical neuropsychologist for over 30 years, working both at a major medical center and in private practice. She evaluates and treats adult patients with mental illness and neurological impairment, preferring cognitive-behavioral and hypnotherapeutic techniques during individual psychotherapy sessions. From her three decades of assisting those with significant mental and physical suffering, she has learned that the capacity for resilience lies within each of us, sometimes needing a spark, and sometimes a candle, to light the fire within. She is honored to accompany fellow travelers on their journeys of becoming the best and grandest versions of themselves they can envision.

Aaron A. Brodsky, Ph.D.

Dr. Brodsky has been a clinical neuropsychologist since 1996, having practiced in hospitals and clinics both in the USA and Canada. He graduated from Palo Alto University, having completed his internship and postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Manitoba in Canada. Dr. Brodsky has worked extensively with the military, having helped stand up the first TBI & Neurorehabilitation Center for all branches at Ft. Bragg, and later serving as the TBI advisor for the Marine Corps. Dr. Brodsky has been working at Fayetteville Neuropsychology since 2019, working with a broad age range from adolescent to adult. He is currently only taking psychotherapy patients

Carolie Atherton, MSW, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has provided psychotherapy services for over 30 years. She works with clients across a broad range of ages, issues, and diagnoses. She utilizes a variety of interventions to include psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. She provides a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental environment, where healing and positive changes can actualize.

Dr. Evans is a licensed clinical social worker who is a certified ADHD Professional, Certified Anxiety Professional, Certified EMDR therapist, and Certified Parent Educator (Family Court). She works with a wide range of clientele, from age 5 through those in their later decades, individually-tailoring multiple modalities and evidence-based practices in her care of each client. She provides individual therapy, family therapy, couples counselling and group treatment.

Katrina Moss, PsyD, MFT

Dr. Moss has practiced as a psychologist for 8 years. She has experience working with individuals in a variety of settings to include neurological practice, oncology practice, prisons, community mental health settings, inpatient psychiatric clinics, and hospital settings. She provides neuropsychological assessment and treatment recommendations to assist patients in maximizing their independence and receiving the full breadth of services available to improve their outcomes. She is experienced in the assessment of a wide variety of concerns including dementia, traumatic and nontraumatic brain injury, surgical clearances, and mental health disorders. She provides diagnostic assessments to individuals 18 and older.

Elizabeth Monge is a Licensed Psychological Assoc. who has 7 years of experience completing assessments and treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. She is a skilled diagnostician with specialized training in working with safety sensitive individuals (i.e. law enforcement and military personnel), neurodevelopmental disorders
(to include Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, ADHD, and learning disorders), and general psychological assessment. She has experience with individuals on and through their bariatric surgical journeys to include presurgical assessments. She has further training and expertise in cognitive processing, trauma focused assessment and treatment, harm reduction, dialectical behavioral therapy, and interpersonal therapy. She provides services to individuals ages 6 years and older.
